Matthew Fotouhi - President - Principal Consultant & Software Developer

Matthew is a creative and forward-thinking IT professional with more than 24 years of experience leading the production of client-focused software solutions. He is a technology strategist with business acumen, entrepreneurial drive and repeated success in developing profitable applications. He's an engaging communicator talented in leading teams for high-performance outcomes and in building productive client relationships. Matthew specializes in online retailing, logistics, warehousing & inventory management as well as supply chain management. He founded Max’IT, Inc. in 1995, a software development and consulting firm dedicated to web-enabled business software. Prior to Max’IT, he worked and consulted for over 10 years in a number of fortune 500 companies in the US and Europe. He has developed the first digital corporate identity management software as well as the first generation of Customs invoice entry portal, currently processing thousands of Canadian imports each day.

Victor Castro - Vice President - Research & Product Development

Victor has seven years of experience in enterprise software product development. The revenue generated through the usage of his products reach over $60M. Victor’s often innovative thinking provides clients with new opportunities to increase revenue. He works extremely well with clients’ operation, sales and merchandizing to ensure product weakness is identified and addressed. He is a Microsoft SQL Server DBA with specialty in security, virtualization and cloud computing. In sum, he is an expert solution architect for B2B and B2C ecommerce implementations.
