The Virtual Gift Card system works like a prepaid credit card plus has the ability to add balance as needed. This unique feature enables retailers to use the gift card system for loyalty programs where points can be accumulated and converted to gift card dollars.

To add control, VGC system comes with a hosted, online customer service dashboard. The dashboard gives your customer service representatives the ability to answer customer inquires, add balance, void cards, view all orders placed on a card as well as generate and instantly email a new gift card for store credit in place of cash refunds.

The VGCs are delivered by email, containing a credit card size PDF. The design of all gift cards is 100% customizable along with the ability to manage multiple seasonal or promotional cards. The system also allows customizing the email message embodied with each card.
